My passion is people and helping support them to be the best they can be.

I’ve worked in various business sectors, supporting all levels of team members from the ground up to Owner / Director level. Over the last 5 years I’ve been running my own leadership, management and personal development business to support businesses with growth, teamwork and employee engagement.

A basic level of business coaching forms part of my Personal Development Programme and the Management Training and Leadership Programme however the 1:1 coaching I provide can uncover problems and tackle them head on so you gain the best outcome and achieve your personal work/personal goals.

For individuals who wish to participate in 1:1 coaching I offer the following services:

Personal Development Coaching

This coaching covers two key elements that make an enormous contribution to your success:

1) The ability to set goals
2) Establish the motivation to do what is necessary to achieve them

Most successful people are goal orientated as they take time to identify what it is that they want and they build up a really clear and detailed picture of what achieving the goal will look and feel like. Setting goals gives purpose, focus, direction and motivation. Surprisingly, the majority of people spend more time planning their annual holiday than they do planning their lives. Is this you?

Many people have not got a clue what they really want. In fact, when asked, most people say what they don’t want! Is this you?

Do you know what you want but you’re not sure how you can go about achieving these goals?

Or do you feel something is holding you back and you want to discuss how you can overcome these challenges?

If so, then we need to arrange a call to discuss how I can help you.

Leadership Coaching

I’ve seen lots of situations where due to various reasons, measures to improve productivity have been put in place, and these measures have resulted in the broadening of job descriptions and a change in the hierarchical structure creating new leadership positions.

Promotions can create progress for a business but often individuals find themselves in roles that they have not been given training to do such as management positions. It is unsafe however to assume that promotion bestows good leadership skills.

It can also be argued that in smaller organisations, where the owner manager retains a hands on role, the impact of their existing leadership skills will have more of a concentrated effect.

Have you recently been promoted to a manager role or have you been in a managerial role for a long time and want to develop your skills to become a leader? Or has your company structure changed and your looking to support your new managerial team through leadership development coaching?

If the answer is yes then my leadership coaching has a vital role to play in the development of leaders and the continuous development of their skills.

We begin with the 360 Degree Assessment which is a great starting point when undertaking Leadership Coaching, read more here.

Coaching for a Job or College Interview

I remember my 11+ and my interview for college. They were really scary and I had to draw on my own resources to get through them, there was no ‘coaching for confidence’ in those days.

Now, more by accident than design, through unofficially coaching my nephew and niece on various confidence and work issues and then being recommended to the parents of their friends, I have realised the skills used daily with my professional clients can have a huge impact on the pre-work generation.

So, if you are someone or you have a teenager who would benefit from building their confidence for an up and coming interview, then please contact me.
