Leadership Coaching
I’ve seen lots of situations where due to various reasons, measures to improve productivity have been put in place, and these measures have resulted in the broadening of job descriptions and a change in the hierarchical structure creating new leadership positions.
Promotions can create progress for a business but often individuals find themselves in roles that they have not been given training to do such as management positions. It is unsafe however to assume that promotion bestows good leadership skills.
It can also be argued that in smaller organisations, where the owner manager retains a hands on role, the impact of their existing leadership skills will have more of a concentrated effect.
Have you recently been promoted to a manager role or have you been in a managerial role for a long time and want to develop your skills to become a leader? Or has your company structure changed and your looking to support your new managerial team through leadership development coaching?
If the answer is yes then my leadership coaching has a vital role to play in the development of leaders and the continuous development of their skills.
