It was a pleasure to be invited by Yorkshire based fan and ventilation manufacturer, EnviroVent Ltd to facilitate their Company Values launch roll-out to 200+ staff over 3 days at the end of July.
A large amount of thought and work had been put into the launch by the company to make the event really special, memorable and impactful for everyone.
The fantastic training facilities at the Company’s Distribution Centre in Hornbeam Park was the venue for the first two days. First impressions are always important, and everyone was welcomed into the building and enticed up the stairs, following The EnviroVent Way:-
Andy Makin, Managing Director of EnviroVent Ltd opened each of the sessions and unveiled the ‘Ways’ explaining how they would be a major ‘living and breathing’ part of the business going forwards, and the responsibility of everyone. The sessions provided the opportunity for all the different departments to interact with each other, and discuss how they were planning and committing to translate the ‘Ways’ into consistent behaviours and actions – both internally and externally.
For the final day, the 2 sessions were held at the Swan Hotel…finally finishing the week with the Company Summer BBQ!
It was a great pleasure to be involved over the three day event and to have the opportunity to work with such a fantastic group of people!
