Lockwoods Restaurant, based in Ripon North Yorkshire, understand customer service. Recently awarded the Waitrose Best Restaurant 2016 Regional Winner for the North East, voted for by its customers, Matthew Lockwood knows he is doing lots of things, right. He is also aware that in any business it is vital to continue to develop and strive to be better, especially in the hospitality industry, where one bad experience can have immediate impact.
That’s why, Matthew approached Diane to ask her to facilitate a Workshop for himself and his entire team to focus on the ‘Internal Customer’ – themselves. Where and How they could improve their internal interactions to ensure the “Paying Customer” always receives the best experience.
A fun and interactive session, where an already tight knit team, discovered more about each other, what makes each other tick and how that knowledge can be used for the better, on a day to day basis, to ensure the best result.
