Coffee Charisma!

Lincoln & York specialise in providing a coffee sourcing, roasting and packing service to Out of Home, Retail and Food Service markets in the UK,  Europe and Worldwide.

With continuous growth and a well established player in the Private Label market,  Lincoln and York recognise the importance of first impressions and communicating the right message, either in formal or informal situations.

Six enthusiastic members of the team, from Account Management to Coffee Tasters,  spent a full day learning  and putting in to practice new techniques which will enable them in the future to become more confident and effective communicators and influencers.

The nerves experienced in front of the video camera for the first presentations,  quickly disappeared and was replaced with confidence and an eagerness to push limits once the results were reviewed.  Lesson learnt?   How we perceive ourselves is not how we are perceived.

“Great day. Very engaging and good balance of theory and practical. Pushed us out of our comfort zones to allow us to make real changes”

“All activities were relevant to every part of the business and the fact we received the disks as we went through the training made me look at how I couldcontinuously improve throughout the day”

“Made me really look at my presentation format and technique”

“Very easy and informal, great fun and learning environment”

“The Course was very useful and highly relevant to me and my role within the Lincoln & York.  My objectives were met and I feel I improved over the day and will continue to practice the techniques. Thank you”
