Administration Services Limited or ASL  is an independently owned UK Trade Association Management company with offices in the South London and North Yorkshire.   Recognised by the UK Government as a service provider to long established trade associations, they organise and manage conferences, trade missions and exhibitions in over 20 countries worldwide as well as providing a full administration service to trade associations, societies and institutes.

Rob Oliver, Managing Director of ASL regularly finds himself in a position where he has to speak publicly and decided that a refresher on public speaking and business communications would help him  instill some new energy and enthusiasm and eradicate some of the old bad habits which had crept in over the years.

Rob and his colleagues from the North Yorkshire office attended a Business Communications and Presentations Skills Day Workshop with Diane.     Everyone pushed their comfort zones and took control of their fears of speaking in public, ending the day with a tool kit of techniques to enhance every business communication.     Even Jasper the Labrador got in the act, ably assisting Rob with his final presentation.   Richard III will never be the same again!
