This was my second Leadership and Management course and this one topped it. Diane was so engaging and made her sessions fun and informative. Diane has a lot of knowledge and experience to share and she gave real life examples from her career which helped us understand the topics better. I have attended a few leadership and personal development courses over the years and DMM Training and Development/Diane Mason is by far the best. The structure is clear, the course content interesting and provokes thought and self-evaluation. To get the most from the course, it is best to be totally honest about your own areas of weakness which is not easy. However, any improvement and progress only comes from recognising your strengths and weaknesses. I can genuinely recommend this course, which I have never done with past training.
